1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods supplied by MAC International Foodservice LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure order accuracy

3. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Prices may exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• Delivery charges may apply

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed at account setup
• Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of supply

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
• Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours

6. Returns & Damages

• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours
• Goods must be unused and in original packaging for returns
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet criteria

7. Product Use

• Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• We are not liable for misuse of products supplied

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of MAC International Foodservice LTD until full payment is received.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
